Healthy Meals: View Our Menu

Nutrition is a key part of your child’s well-being. Hungry children find it more difficult to learn and focus, which is why we provide a menu of food for kids who we look after. This includes lunch and two snacks (morning and afternoon). On this page, see 2 examples of Between Friends Daycare’s healthy menus. Please check our whiteboard for substitutions or changes.

On school days, children get a choice between cereal, yogurt or fruit for their morning snack. Contact us for more details.
